Notifications controls which MQTT events can reach you outside the active workbench.
Settings > Notifications combines event choices, sound preview, and remote push targets.
The light screenshot uses the local Web Runtime, where the first switch is Browser Notifications; the native app labels it Desktop Notifications.
The operating system must allow Mqttable notifications. Remote channels also require their own URL, token, or signing secret; keep those values out of screenshots, issues, and debug bundles.
