Operator and contact

Mqttable is operated by 邓忠文, an individual located in China. Questions and legal notices may be sent to support@mqttable.com.

Acceptance

By using Mqttable or creating an account, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the EULA, and any terms shown at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use Mqttable.

Product and accounts

Mqttable is an MQTT client and engineering workbench with optional account, billing, update, support, and remote runtime services. You are responsible for your account security and for activity under your account.

Authorized use

Use Mqttable only with brokers, networks, captures, credentials, payloads, and systems that you own or are authorized to access or test. You may not use Mqttable to violate law, bypass access controls, distribute malware, exfiltrate data, or disrupt systems without authorization.

Paid plans

Mqttable Pro is offered as:

• Annual: USD $49.90 per year, automatically renewed until canceled.
• Lifetime: USD $149 as a one-time purchase for the supported life of the purchased product.

There is no monthly plan, trial, team plan, or enterprise plan at launch. The pricing page and checkout show the current product scope before purchase.

An Annual paid period starts when payment succeeds. It is not paused or extended while an installer is unavailable or before it is downloaded.

Verified installer publication

Verified installers are published through the Download page only after release validation. Current release targets are macOS 15 or later on Apple Silicon, Linux x86_64 AppImage, and Linux x86_64 DEB. No installer is offered for macOS Intel or Windows.

If a verified stable release or its manifest is unavailable, the Download page does not show installer links. A successful payment does not mean that an installer is already available; check the Download page before purchasing if immediate installation matters.

Payment and taxes

Creem processes Mqttable payments, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks. Your transaction may also be subject to Creem's checkout terms and privacy notices.

Cancellation and refunds

Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period, and Pro access continues until that date. The voluntary refund rules are stated in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not limited by these Terms.

Local data and support

You are responsible for local broker credentials, payloads, captures, reports, runtime data, and backups. Do not send secrets or third-party data to support unless necessary and appropriately redacted.

Ownership and software license

Mqttable is proprietary software. Your right to install and use the software is governed by the EULA. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Mqttable, its source code, or its branding.

Changes and availability

We may update Mqttable, change paid features, or discontinue hosted services. Where practical, material changes affecting an active paid plan will be communicated in advance.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mqttable is provided as is and as available. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or service interruption. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to a competent court at the operator's domicile unless mandatory consumer law requires another law or forum.
