Refund Policy

Mqttable refunds are administered by 邓忠文, an individual located in China. Contact support@mqttable.com.

Seven-day initial purchase refund

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of:

• the initial Mqttable Pro Annual payment; or
• a Mqttable Pro Lifetime purchase.

This voluntary policy does not apply to automatic annual renewal charges. Mandatory refund or withdrawal rights that apply under law remain unaffected.

The seven-calendar-day period begins when the applicable initial payment succeeds. An Annual paid period also starts at payment and is not paused or extended while an installer is unavailable or before it is downloaded.

Installer availability

Verified installers are published through the Download page only after release validation. Current release targets are macOS 15 or later on Apple Silicon, Linux x86_64 AppImage, and Linux x86_64 DEB. No installer is offered for macOS Intel or Windows.

If a verified stable release or its manifest is unavailable, the Download page does not show installer links. Check the Download page before purchasing if immediate installation matters; installer availability does not move the refund deadline or Annual start date.

How to request a refund

Email support@mqttable.com from the account email address. Include the Creem order or invoice identifier. Do not send full card or identity document details.

Refund scope and access

Only full refunds are offered under this policy. When a refund is issued, the related Pro access is revoked immediately and any related annual subscription is canceled. A lifetime entitlement is also revoked.

Processing

Creem processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank or payment-network processing time may vary. Creem also handles chargebacks and payment disputes.
