End User License Agreement

Mqttable is licensed by 邓忠文, an individual located in China. Contact support@mqttable.com.

License

Subject to this agreement and applicable paid-plan terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Mqttable for personal use or internal business purposes.

Free and Pro features

Some features are available without charge. Pro features require a valid annual subscription or lifetime purchase. A lifetime purchase means access for the supported life of the purchased product, not a promise that any hosted service or platform will operate indefinitely.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, share paid access, bypass technical or payment controls, use Mqttable to access systems without authorization, or reverse engineer Mqttable except where applicable law expressly permits those acts.

Ownership

Mqttable is proprietary software. The operator and applicable licensors keep all rights not expressly granted by this agreement.

Your data and systems

You are responsible for your brokers, credentials, payloads, captures, reports, backups, and authority to access or test each system.

Updates and support

Mqttable may offer updates that change or discontinue features. Support is provided through support@mqttable.com. No response time or service level is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

Termination

This license ends if you materially breach this agreement. Refunded, reversed, or disputed purchases may cause immediate loss of the corresponding Pro entitlement.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mqttable is provided as is and as available without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or interruption. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to a competent court at the operator's domicile unless mandatory consumer law requires another law or forum.

Entire agreement

This agreement, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and checkout terms govern your use and purchase of Mqttable. Mandatory law controls where it conflicts with these terms.
