Operator and contact

Mqttable is operated by 邓忠文, an individual located in China. Privacy requests may be sent to support@mqttable.com.

Local MQTT data

Broker URLs, credentials, payloads, traces, captures, replay sources, benchmark results, runtime logs, and reports are primarily stored in your local Mqttable runtime or desktop data directory. We do not receive this data unless you upload it, send it to support, or use a hosted feature that processes it.

Information we process

We may process:

1. Account details such as name, email, authentication identifiers, and settings.
2. Order, subscription, entitlement, invoice, and limited transaction metadata. We do not store full card details.
3. Support messages and files you choose to send.
4. Security, operational, and usage logs needed to operate and protect the website and hosted services.
5. Session, locale, theme, security, and consent cookies.
6. Affiliate application details you choose to email, such as your name, email, website or channel, audience, country or region, and planned promotion method.

Payment processing

Creem processes payment details, taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks under its own privacy terms. Mqttable receives the account and transaction metadata needed to create or revoke Pro access and provide support.

Affiliate program

We use affiliate application information to review candidates, communicate with applicants and participants, prevent fraud and abuse, and administer the invite-only program.

Creem processes affiliate profiles, referral tracking, attribution, commission records, KYC, and payouts under its own terms. Mqttable does not receive affiliate identity documents or complete bank-account details. Send KYC and payout information only through the Creem Affiliate Portal, not by email to Mqttable.

How information is used

Information is used to provide accounts, billing, entitlements, updates, support, fraud prevention, security, and service operation. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and international processing

Information is shared only with service providers needed for authentication, hosting, email, analytics where enabled, payment, security, or support, and when required by law. These providers may process data in other countries under their own legal obligations and safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information only while needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute handling, and fraud prevention. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by emailing support. Some transaction and program records must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud, dispute, or legal purposes. Creem's retention of affiliate identity, commission, and payout records is also subject to its legal obligations. Local desktop data remains under your control and can be removed locally.
