Mqttable Affiliate Terms

Terms for approved participants in the Mqttable Affiliate Program.

Last updated: 2026-08-25

These Affiliate Terms (the Terms) govern participation in the Mqttable Affiliate Program (the Program). The Program is operated by Deng Zhongwen (邓忠文), an individual located in China (Mqttable, we, or us).

These Terms are a separate affiliate agreement. They do not amend the Mqttable Terms of Service, consumer End User License Agreement, or customer purchase terms.

1. Acceptance and program status

You accept these Terms by confirming acceptance in writing, accepting a Creem invitation that identifies the Program, or using a Program referral link after receiving the current Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.

The Program is invite-only and subject to manual approval. We may approve or decline an application at our discretion. An invitation does not guarantee continued participation, earnings, attribution, or payout.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate application and Creem profile information, and comply with laws that apply to you and your promotions. You are responsible for access to your Creem Affiliate Portal account and may use only the referral links Creem provides for the Program.

Mqttable employees, store team members, and anyone applying primarily to buy for themselves are not eligible. We may request reasonable information about your channel, audience, or placements when reviewing eligibility or suspected abuse.

3. Commission terms

The launch commission rate is 25% of each eligible payment recorded by Creem.

  • Pro Annual: only the first successful subscription payment is eligible. Renewals do not earn commission.
  • Pro Lifetime: an eligible one-time Lifetime payment earns 25% commission.
  • Cookie window: Creem tracks referral activity using a 60-day cookie window.

There are no launch tiers, recurring commissions, partner-specific rates, partner-specific product rules, or guaranteed earnings. Commission currency, calculation, rounding, status, hold, and available payout balance follow Creem's provider record.

4. Eligible and invalid sales

An Eligible Sale must be successfully attributed by Creem to your Program referral, involve a genuine third-party customer's qualifying Mqttable Pro Annual first payment or Lifetime payment, pass applicable risk and hold checks, and remain valid and paid.

An Invalid Sale includes a refund, chargeback, canceled or reversed payment, fraud, self-referral, cookie stuffing, forced click, duplicate or artificial transaction, transaction for your own benefit, unlawful promotion, or other breach of these Terms. Invalid Sales do not earn commission. Commission already recorded for an Invalid Sale may be withheld, reversed, deducted from a future balance, or otherwise adjusted according to Creem's records and applicable law.

You must not ask Mqttable to alter an order, entitlement, or customer record to create or repair affiliate commission.

5. Creem attribution, KYC, and payout

Creem provides referral links, tracking, attribution, commission records, identity verification, and payouts. Each checkout has one provider attribution. Mqttable does not promise first-click or last-click treatment.

Attribution may fail when a cookie is blocked or cleared, a customer changes browser or device, another valid attribution applies, or Creem cannot connect a checkout to the referral. Creem's provider record is the controlling record for attribution and commission status.

You must complete any required KYC and payout setup directly with Creem. Payout timing, thresholds, methods, fees, currencies, countries, holds, and tax or legal requirements are governed by Creem's then-current rules and may change. Mqttable does not receive your identity documents or complete banking details and does not promise a fixed payout fee or date. You are responsible for your own taxes.

6. Disclosure and legal compliance

Every placement must clearly and prominently disclose that you may receive commission. The disclosure must be understandable to the audience and appear close enough to the link or recommendation to be noticed before purchase.

You are responsible for advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, anti-spam, endorsement, tax, and other laws that apply to your country, audience, channel, and promotion method. Mqttable approval does not constitute legal advice.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
  • bid on, purchase, or target Mqttable brand keywords in paid search or marketplace ads;
  • use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, misleading redirects, adware, or automatic attribution;
  • make self-referrals or arrange purchases primarily for your own benefit;
  • publish misleading claims about Mqttable, pricing, features, availability, earnings, discounts, or your relationship with Mqttable;
  • list Mqttable on an unauthorized coupon, discount, cashback, or deal site;
  • impersonate Mqttable, register confusing domains or accounts, or misuse Mqttable trademarks;
  • alter a Creem referral link to conceal its destination or interfere with attribution;
  • infringe rights, promote unlawful activity, or use customer data without a lawful basis.

8. Brand asset license

While your participation remains active, Mqttable grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use approved Mqttable names, marks, descriptions, and published assets only to promote Mqttable under these Terms.

You may resize assets proportionally but may not distort them, remove notices, imply sponsorship or official status, combine them with a third party's mark, or use them in a domain, account name, app name, paid keyword, or merchandise without written permission. All goodwill belongs to Mqttable. Stop using the assets promptly when asked or when participation ends.

9. Confidentiality, customer data, and identity

Keep non-public Program, security, customer, and commercial information confidential and use it only for authorized participation. Do not request or collect customer credentials, card data, identity documents, private MQTT data, or other unnecessary personal information on Mqttable's behalf.

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, reseller, joint venturer, or authorized spokesperson. You may not bind Mqttable, provide warranties for Mqttable, offer support as Mqttable, or claim to be an official Mqttable representative.

10. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Mqttable may suspend links, asset permission, or participation immediately for suspected fraud, legal risk, security risk, misleading promotion, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

After termination, stop new promotion and use of Program assets. Commission for an otherwise Eligible Sale recorded before termination remains subject to refund, chargeback, fraud, hold, KYC, payout, and other validity checks. Termination does not make an Invalid Sale eligible or guarantee payment outside Creem's provider process.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update the Program or these Terms by publishing a new version and date. Material changes may also be communicated to active participants when practical. Continued use of Program links after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Changes do not retroactively invalidate an otherwise Eligible Sale already recorded before the change, but provider holds, refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks, and legal requirements continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The Program and provider services are offered on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mqttable disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, including lost profits, audience, data, or expected commission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mqttable's aggregate liability arising from the Program will not exceed the commission paid or payable to you for Eligible Sales during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through the support contact below; mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

Questions, notices, and disputes may be sent to support@mqttable.com. Include your Creem account email and relevant commission or transaction identifier, but do not send card data, identity documents, or complete banking information.

See the Affiliate Program and Privacy Policy for the public program and data-handling summary.
